Communication within the church

Once again we look at the importance of communication within  church  and similar to the corporate world it takes place in various forms of verbal, written, body language and in today's age the electronic era of instant communication cannot be ignored.

Again we look at the church as a pyramid on the top you have your pastor, reverend, priest, and minister from any denomination. But the effective functionality of the church is for these persons such as you and I called upon to deliver the word of GOD and to bring it forth in the spirit God has layed it upon them.

However, as the voice of an institution one has to be careful, how you communicate with different people and that this communication can be assumed as a liking to a one sided grouping of people and a lesser to the other. Therefore the teaching has to be that when one communicates there are different forms and their is none favoured above the other as the one can provide more for the individual then the other while many other souls go lost and astray through a feeling of being outcast not good enough to fit in a selective grouping where membership is limited or reviewed by a committee and it is all said it is for growing the word of God.

Therefore the questions to pastors, reverends, fathers, etc would be how do you communicate, ensuring that people understand that you do not favour one or the other but is there for the word of God as it stands and for the growth of it.

Now one would say yes the growth of a church takes people who are willing, but a good preacher or leader would Identify a person who does not normally participate and urge till we find eventually a new persona has developed for that person.

But by keeping quiet on things that are wrong, openly seeing and allowing groups to be formed in your sight that would be elite and creating a sensation of euphoria that no one sees or communicates the wrongs because we are all in jovial happy moods.

Its time for the church to level the playing field as they say in corporate world. Communicate with me, the person next to me and four pews down in exactly the same way, and no one has reason or excuse that would stand ground of being one-sided by the head of the church, its clergy or council.

Do not think you have said something to someone, make sure you have said it before its to late and you lose another soul.

Take a step back and do introspection weekly and ask am I holding God away from this congregation through my own needs and my own weakness in trying to fulfill my ambitions. Is that who I am, or am I the person who have taken up the torch to save souls even if it is that one who I tend to not always take note of because I think he/she is alright, but does he/she belong to us. Have they mentioned it, what have I said about it, what have I done.

Yesterday is gone, today is here to move forward in a Godly manner and as God has laid it upon Moses from the ten commandments, till the day the comforter was left for the King to fetch his bride.

Communicate that when I wear this cloke on a Sunday and take it of, Im the same person you find then and the same you will find even if I am found anywhere as I represent not this building I preach from. I represent and communicate for God, and when you point finger at me you point a finger at God.

And that is what I need to end, stop suffocating the congregation and let us all breath the air God blew into Adam....Life.
